Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping.
Where do you ship? We ship domestically in the United States. We love that our overseas friends are just as passionate as pickleball as we are, unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order? We fulfill orders within 3 business days plus shipping time.
Are there any shipping discounts? We offer free shipping for all orders over $150.
Returns
We understand things change. We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, for unused products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we aren’t able to offer a refund and/or exchange.
Eligibility
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If an item is damaged - we are happy to process an exchange or refund.
The Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
